doesn't have to lay out 100's of millions of $$'s to see a huge return on investment unlike miners who are blessed enough to find a discovery that is feasable to build a mine around. OPL shouldn't have to dilute stakeholders to death before investors see their rewards.

Not much news on those reactors in Japan... #4 reactor is hangín on by a thread as the radio active tubes are not submerged in water... so what? This could cause a huge hydrogen exposion and a good part of Japan would have to be evacuated.
