New member as of today so don't jump on this rumour until you've done your due diligence.  Duran is highly speculative and why would RIO be interested when then have the sulfide portion of the mine to bring onside.  They are focused on growth and bringing La Arena to full commercial production, so while time will tell whether this rumour is true, this would have to be disclosed.
