The fund seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of global equities in the materials sector. The fund seeks to track the investment results of the S&P Global 1200 Materials Index (the Underlying Index), which measures the performance of companies that S&P Dow Jones Indices LLC (SPDJI), a subsidiary of S&P Global, Inc., deems to be part of the materials sector of the economy and that SPDJI believes are important to global markets. It is a subset of the S&P Global 1200.

Personally I phone the company when my nerves get the better of me.  They are very approachable and seem genuinely unconcerned about the political situation.  That said, you are absolutely correct that shareholders should not have to phone the company when there is such an 800 pound gorilla in the room!  We should be getting regular status reports-even if its to report that there is nothing to report.  You have to wonder how much of the recent selling is due to nervousness that could have been avoided with a quick, regular update.  If this weakness causes an opportunistic bid the acquirer should grant the coup leaders some options!
