If your achieving your goals of turning the mine around and doing that 150K oz  per year number you expect to do, then why should the share price be whip-sawing in the first place?  The shares should be moving steadily higher if your plan is being executed.  Complete your plan and everything else falls into place.

Why do you have to depend on the institutions to keep the shares higher?  Money will come into the shares when the plan is acheived.  Who said the institutions would buy if they did the reverse split anyway?
