Touchstone Strategic Income ETF V.SIO

Primary Symbol: SIO

The Fund seeks a high level of current income with a focus on capital preservation. The Fund invests, under normal market conditions, at least 80 percent of its assets in income producing fixed-income securities. This is a non-fundamental investment policy that the Fund's Board can change upon 60 days prior notice to shareholders. Income producing securities generally include corporate debt securities, mortgage-related securities, asset-backed securities, government securities (both U.S. government securities and foreign sovereign debt), and preferred stocks. The Fund will engage in frequent and active trading as part of its principal investment strategies.

RE: Live 3D

Disagree with stating  the PP reason to shore up the balance sheet to facilitate easier partnering was BS. In my experience (first hand that is) financial due diligence on potential vendors or partners is a crucial part of any Company agreeing to a contract. If the balance sheet is not up to snuff, a Company wil pass on that vendor as they don't want the operational, reputational for financial impact of a partner going out of business or having trouble funding themselves. I did this type of anaylsis for years, and I can assure you that concern is very real in contract negotiations.  Given Sensio's size, even more so. Unfortunate, but not B.S. There may be more to it than simply shoring up the balance sheet, but their statement holds water.
