Part of it is because the Company won't achieve their production guidance for this year, and buyers (including myself who want to add) are waiting for the day we plunge 10-15% when they finally reduce their guidance. Granted, this information is known, so the fact that we will sell-off on the news, and considering we are pretty close to targeted run rate on a go-forward basis, is utterly ridiculous-but thats the way the market works.  Upon revised guidance, shorts will pound it, weak hands will exit, yada yada yada. Efficient markets I think not.
