Another Hose-job

MM's, co-conspirators and a lame market did a number on this stock walking it done to bargain basement levels for an engineered buyout. You can bet they were all loading their boats and now the company gets taken out for not even what it was worth when they bought out Augen. Retail gets bent over once again.
