I have nothing to lose by waiting and seeing what happens. I will vote NO as well. All indicators are pointing to higher Gold prices in the near term. That means TRR and the rest of the Juniors will move back up quickly. At least the ones with cash in the bank. TRR has a lot of cash and they really do not need IMG right now. They were smart to take advantage of the current market conditions though. Why would all those that bought the PP at 4.00 and at 4.70 vote anything but no on this offer. JMHO
