I am not sure how this is playing out but could it be that some of the bigger shareholders are locking in losses on NGG while buying up some of the PGK?  Could this be some giant crosses to family members? Or just traders trying to get in at .01 and out at .015?

I am a shareholder but not taking part in this one.
