In the 2011 MD&A report; the following was reported;

STRATEGIC UPDATE AND SUBSEQUENT EVENTS
Subsequent to December 31, 2011, the Verisante Core™ was named one of the top 10 cancer breakthrough by the Canadian Cancer Society and Verisante was named the top Technology and Life Sciences Company on the TSX Venture Top 50 ranking and also chosen at the “Pick of the Street” by a selection of Canada’s professional investment community.
The Company also entered into an exclusive distribution agreement with Clarion Medical Technologies to distribute Aura™ in Canada.
Verisante completed its Beta units which will be placed for field testing while full production is expected to begin in the second half of 2012.
