RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: Invest wisely - Here's the fac

Please show the link where you stated you bought 110 thousand shares at 3 cents you indicated you had 20,000 shares left over and was thinking of purchasing but felt the risk was too high.  I added the link for your recollection. I never saw where you stated you picked up 110 thousand share at 3 cents that would explain your sudden change in posting and validates what I said.  I can even tell when you bought it it was between your last negative post on the 29th March and all of a sudden your positive posts starting on the 18th of April.  You have indicates several times all you want is for this to go to 5 or 6 sents so you can double your money and you have made it clear you have no interest other then making your money back so please don't come here al high and mighty you are no better then fredhead and anyone following you on this board would recognize the dramatic shift in your post to  positive  from negative in the past few months. Please don't make yourself out to be so high an mighty I figured it out be simply reading your post and it was not from any clear posts that indicated you bought 110 thousand shares.  You did the same thing on XT and kept pushing that stock when it was very obvious that there was no future in that company either their land is worthless and outside of the utica shale.  They basically bought land that was bordering around all the major players who had bought all the great land already.   XT is like MOO they both desperately try and show how their land is linked to known plays.  LOL

Here is you post which clearly states you thought about it but decided against it.

Although the price is interesting from a risk reward perspective it is kind of scary whats happening in the gas markets relative to emerging and even established producers and prices.

Big oil has long term time horizons (greater than 10 years) in terms of investing activities and deep pockets. Not sure the group behind this has the same depth or pockets

I was contemplating snagging a 100k shares but I personally struggle with this deal being pulled off. I would be a little more comfortable if there was a termination penalty. I'm doubtful there is one which is problematic given the play has been delisted in favor of the signed of the JV and moo will be mooing if the leases expire for failure to complete requirements.

Even if the capital is secured and the deal proceeds the company still must prove the economic viability of whatever is found

All I have to say is good luck. This company is a going concern and will need a capital injection sooner than later. Do the stars align? That is the question of the day.
