RE: RE: DOR Stockfeller ... I'm still watching ... and my quietness is more a reflection of 'what more to say' than anything else. The insider sell markers were clearly more of a sign than what some might have believed. Who knows who was being marked ... it's simply a fact that somebody designated as insider was being marked ... sure ... it wasn't showing on Sedi ... and sure ... National was the house that was being marked as insider selling ... but who was the responsible entity?
I've been looked upon as being a basher for talking about Kodiak ... markers ... Joe ... transfer agents and so on ... which for all intent and purpose might be fair ... if not for this latest turn of events ... if you thought the transfer agent was a slip up ... this missed filing has set a pattern.
I have no idea what happens next ... suffice to say ... whatever happens ... everybody is in the same boat now ... either the company survives ... or it doesn't ... time will tell and it is only a matter of weeks to know that end.
Why kick ourselves in the nuts about this ... it is what it is now ... seen it out this far .. now we gotta see it out with no choice in the matter.
Kicking Ryder in the nuts doesn't do a dang thing about the current circumstance ... 30 million smackers is a monstrous target ... let alone a million smackers in todays market environment.
Nothing to do now but wait it out.
I've got nothing to lose ... but am not any more happier than those that are in loss territory.
A fine story ... real results ... but a bad string of luck ... and if you call Kodiak and TEC agreements ... mismanagement ... so be it.
