Here is flagship's post two days ago:

"Agreed, Greenslade must go. We should elect MK's nominees to the board, accept an experienced CEO subject to MK's approval, and accept MK's offer of financing. This is the best way forward."

Please allow me to parse this post.

1.  Greenslade must go.

2.  We should elect MK's nominees to the board.

3.  We should give MK a veto power over a new CEO.

4.  We should accept MK's offer of financing even though no one but MK knows the terms of their financing offer nor whether it is for debt financing or equity financing.

5.  Do the above #1 to # 4 because "this is the best way forward".

Thank you flagship61 for your contribution to this forum.  I thought that your post was sufficiently relevant to our discussion that I wanted to draw it to the attention of all other posters.  I have no further comment to make as your post speaks for itself and that no other comment is required from me.

Regards,

Doug.
