good news, cashed up--good news, someone wanted a bigger piece (Rick rule anyone!)

Bad news, dilution.  Rule said this would be a good year for financings, im sure he got his cheap EPZ shares and special warrants in this offering.-- I got  a piece at 1.09 this morn, looking for more, please dont rally just yet.
