If MOZ and MOA merge I assume the deal would be somewhere between 1 MOZ share issued for 1.8 MOA shares (the ratio of fully diluted stock) and 1 MOZ share issued for 2.7 MOA shares (the ratio of the stock price). A merger seems logical to me, but that is just my opinion. I am expecting news on financing and/or drill results next week or at the very latest, the week after.
