RE: December3...

RE: December3...

Ah the old Glencairn [Blackhawk] permabulls/haters emerge to jump up and down anytime their notion of the world is threatened by reality. Still in "hating" mode are we?

.

First, sir, I NEVER defended Kerry Knoll - EVER! I didn't come to Glencairn until the point when Yamana installed Peter Tagliamont in as the President & CEO, replacing Knoll. Perhaps your hatred is clouding your "remembering?" I was intrigued as to why a then growing company like Yamana would dump projects with potential, but also aware that it demonstrated a lot of confidence in the guy that built up the production at Jacobina and won the Mine Man of the Year award. My interest came when I looked at old Geo reports from the 1990s that showed the high grade veins at the Jabali area. Why mess around with a 30-40K opy low grade mine when the la Libertad Mine had 200,000 opy potential? Only in the last year and a half to two years has the street finally figured out that potential.

.

But perhaps what you are remembering as my "support" for Bellavista was WAY back when the Mine started sliding down the hill and YOU were hysterical on the SH threats convinced that it was an life threatening environmental disaster that was the death knell of Glencairn. Sure against irrational, uninformed idiocy, I defended the company and the mine situation. Can you detect a difference?

.

Being certain that there wasn't a HUGE environmental disaster and the company wasn't going bankrupt is a world of difference from thinking the mine was a great idea in the first place. But alas, back then there were (and apparently still are) a bunch of Kool-Aid drinkers that thought the Bellavista Mine was the Bees Knees! Kerry Knoll sure had investors thinking Bellavista was the greatest mine in the world!

.

But alas, while you were vociferously decrying the end of the company, I was collecting the facts. Remember, I was the one who posted these pictures on the thread to off set the generally accepted concept of mass death & destruction.

.

Apparent now, as then, you don't wanna hear the truth!

.

Oh, and by the way... While you were selling, I was buying. [I posted that too!] Bought shares at somewhere around 5 to 10-cents when the Bullboard 'wizards of smart' had given up. That is why my cost basis in BTO is VERY low - I have been laughing all the way to the bank, while the then naysayers are still kicking themselves for selling.

.

So keep revising history to buck up your ego for making the wrong decision....

.

Good luck on your "investing."
