RE: Re: Napoleonean syndrome I agree it was Bates dream to see this into a production company, however at this point of time, there is too much at stake. money is almost out, the troubles of not being able to produce at a commercial rate, market prices of coal being down, and global economic turmoil. They are going to have a hard time raising money because nobody will lend it to them at a reasonable rate. The only way to get more money is to do a share offeriing, which the price offer would have to be considerably less then current market value. That being said, Bates knows he would get even more linched for doing another one....my guess is he will try to sell the company or it goes BANKO..I hope he sells. But as per my previous statement about another company buying at the $3-$4 range is probably too high, most likely $2 range.
