RE: RE: RE: Smoke & Mirrors... PFS & Warrants

RE: RE: RE: Smoke & Mirrors... PFS & Warrants

I don't know if your post was meant for me or not but I'm fine with it if it was.  My statement was simple, not meant to imply that the company is withholding the PFS to have the warrants that expire in June and August expire.  No, I believe that the PFS has not been released because it is not finish for reasons that no one on this board knows or may ever know.

The June & August warrants will generate approximately $1.1 million and expand the share base by 3.7 million shares.  As I stated in my earlier email, when the PFS is released and is positive, the share price will hopefully rise.  Any financing that would be done would be at a price greater than $.30 per share.  If the price will be $.40 a share, 2.8 million shares would be issued, a reduction of 900,000 shares issued.  That's better for me. Selffish, yes.  Implying manipulation, no.

I'm pretty sure that Larry stated in a not to distant interview that more drilling will be needed for the BFS.   To use history as a guide, the company spent $1 million on drilling at Artillery Peak in the period August, 2010 to January, 2012.

I'm not sure if this qualifies me to post on this board, but I own 333,000 shares.

Paul
