I agree 100% Bluecollar. We were just playing with some of the sub-issues but at the end of the day the complexity and the nature of what needs to be done seems near impossible to do without court authority to impose it .Take for example the C's and D's. I can not see the bondholders letting them take a free ride off of any restructuring they may agree to and I can not see the C's and D's willing to agree to a conversion . The C's and D's will have to be converted before the consolidation and re-issue of shares to the bondholders and only the courts have the authority to break the agreements to make that possible.
