This company has alot of good things going for it.

  • great resource, both size and grade
  • best location for uranium on the planet
  • decent cash position
  • lots of recent insider buying
  • Uranium spot price seems to have bottomed
  • good buy out candidate

If this spiked to $1.20 on an offer, I doubt that you will see the insiders sell. I believe you will see your $2.00 price again but be patient. Main thing now is the Uranium spot price, when it climbs, and at some point it will, this stock will be back up there.  Remember, the share price is not low because it is a bad company but rather due to the general market conditions.  Personally, I have been in your postion and if I liked the company enough then I buy more at a lower price in order to bring my overall cost down. UEX to me would qualify for a purchase at these price levels but I also would not put too much of my portfolio into one stock. Personal decision, good luck with it.
