1. The risk/reward ratio is hugely positive at 60c for a company which just might have the goods.

2. Greed. We have not seen it for a long time, but there reallyn is a Santa Claus, Virginia. When the stock keeps going up it attracts attention and creates believers...a self-fulfilling prophesy.
