TechOne I take your point, but I believe the items you listed are so intertwined with first confirming IMC is onboard with the first 30M that the two can not be separated. The production start up target is always a "moving target" and there will be more slight delays with start up targets if IMC waits until June 23rd to make their decision. That being said, the fundamentals remain in place for huge increases at some point--it is just that we may have3 to wait an additional 2-3 months for them to fully materialize.
