Nice to hear from you Hoosier.  I agree.  When there is a buyer they will value the entire property.  They basically do not care who owns what portion of the company.  That is not their problem.  They will come up with a figure and the OJVG will divide it up accordingly.  This is why I use market cap figures in most of my guesstimates and then break them down to a per share total according to OLE's 43.5% ownership.  

Good post GF.  There are only a handful of companies (Randgold, Teranga, African Barrick, Semafo, IAMgold, etc..) that will commit to such a purchase in West Africa.                              l
