RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: AOS vs Saprae Creek Residents

wdr2, you are correct; there is an agreement in place with FMAA (confirmed by company) and has been since July 2009.

Sven, my take is that it is more than just access. See highlight below. Also I am curious why you have been implying that Shabbir and Chad are somehow working together. Would you kindly elaborate. I feel I have missed something or misunderstood you.

FMAC shall grant AOS access to certain lands used for airport purposes contained in Plan 481 R.S. (the "Airport Lands")

FMAC shall work with AOS on planning and logistics of any access or operation on Airport Lands.

Stantec are acting as advisors to the airport and working in close co-operation with AOS.

Oil is the life blood of this province and I believe the royalties for gov't and airport will eventually trump the NIMBY crusade of Saprae Creek. It's not open pit mining for god's sake! The SAGD has almost no footprint. The cement plant in Edmonton is more unsightly and it is right in the city.

Still holding and wishing everyone good luck and good fortune.

Regards,

Jim
