What is called involuntary conversion, Panoramic has acquired over 90% of the Magma shares and they indicate they will involuntarily acquire the remaining shares on the same exchange basis. I assume we will be notified by the broker holding our shares in due course. Let's hope for a positive result from this takeover. GLTA.
