Uh, let me understand this? You are buying AMC based on what an analyst said or didn't say?
.
For me the facts are apparent - AMC got a loan for only part of what is needed to develop the Snow Lake Mine. The rest of the money will come on the backs of shareholders with MORE dilution through private placements. {remember Forbes & Manhattan gets a "success fee" as a percentage of every financing arranged - meaning ring the cash register on the Bank deal & ring it again on the PP!}
.
But Stan Bharti companies have had a terrible track record of bringing projects into production on time and under budget: The most recent examples are CRK & AVR. Both good warning to watch for the build up of hope, to be disappointed as they work towards start-up and need additional PPs and more dilution to feed "unanticipated" cash needs.
.
I'm just sayin'
