It appears that % KCL that AAA has ranks 19 - 31 %. The two higher % of KCL is very interesting.

Talk of India coming into region and China already here helping AAA.

Several years back there was talk of India with 1B doing shopping the oil sands and nothing came of it. Perhaps this money was diverted to fertilizer ventures?
