" that they talked into selling at a loss can all thank you chuck, onereality and"

Hold your horse's Birdie. I have to take the grandkids for a boat cruise shortly so I will make this to the point .

I do not ever try to talk anyone into buying or selling anything. What people do with their own money is their own business. 90% of my posts are to counter disinformation that is being spread. I am sorry that they do not give you a warm feeling inside but it is the reality of the situation that dictates that.

I think this board had and has too many that wish to twist numbers, history and the law. An informed decision is always the best decision anyone could ever make. I will take responsibility for providing useful factual information and state my personal interpretation of that information, but that is me, so don't go laying the decisions of other free minded adults on my doorstep. People in this world spend way too much time looking for someone else to blame for their poorly thought out decisions. If they forced themselves into taking responsibility, then maybe they might be a little more inclined to put a little more effort into their decisions before they make them.
