You will note that Pinetree has sold but Inwentash is holding his common shares, this at a time when Inwentash was selling his Pinetree shares. Suggests that Sheldon see continued value for his personal holdings of Simba but needed to sell some Pinetree holdings.-fairchij

Is it just me or does anybody else think that this is wrong? How can a fund manager hold a large position in the same company that the fund he/she manages has a large position in? Could this not lead the fund manager selling their personal shares at a profit to the fund he/she manages or the fund selling at a loss to the fund managers private account? Do we not have any laws that prevent a fund manager from taking a large personal position in a company that their fund also has a large position in? If not, then I feel that we need some.
