It's called de-risking the project

and now we have one more piece to the puzzle solved. This should put some jet fuel under price as investors see less risk on the transportation side. With rail in place by 2015, we may see 2MTPY by 2016 and then share price will be in double digits. No wonder Liberty and Dianna buying. Next big event, financing deal.
