It would seem that they the news release is imminent.  I hope they include a comment within the news release regarding other cities that are courting them.  I don't think private understands the significance of the contract with respect to their business plan.  All he seems to want to do is talk in circles about his fictious friends and fictious coffee business.  Oh well...as I posted earlier today I sure hope he has shorted this stock.
