The Maple Leaf fund is a drilling fund which particpates in some of BXE drilling.  This allows BXE to accelerate their program to the benefit of their share holders.  BXE does not pay the fund a dividend.  Get your facts straight.

Your comment on selling BXE...... it doesn't take a brain surgeon to understand that you DON'T sell a company in a middle of a down cycle.  If you are looking for companies that are up for sale in this market, you might want to check those who have announced strategic alternatives and buy them.
