I was a shareholder of GVG.  I don't get what you are trying to prove or dis-prove or what you intend to accomplish.

As far as I know - this is over and done.  My concern is that the stock market sucks and no one is making money.  This is a high risk business.  Youwin and you lose.  Whining doesn't help.  Get a therapists and some pills and get on with life.
