If Fidelity and ITG believe that the stock is going over .14 cents why would they sell at .04 or .045 cents?
Why wouldn't they just hang on to the shares they've already purchased and buy into the pp, if they are sure it's going over .14 cents? Both these companies have the money so it's not a money issue.
