RE: RE: RE: Now THAT'S a counter-claim!

One of these two companies is full of bull. If it turns out to be GBB then they are in serious danger. I would imagine that if this counter suite manages to go through the court system to it's conclusion only one of these two companies will survive. A suite this size is meant to make the other guy blink and if he doesn't then GBB could have a serious problem.

What to expect: a new counter claim by Genivar or an out of court settlement. Declining share prices until this is resolved. Now matter what GBB finds now nobody will know who owns it until this issue is resolved. Oh yeah! and a new pp if this isn't resolved very soon as the legal fees will be in the millions. Either way my thinking is GBB is dead in the water until this is finished. Do you want to invest in a company that is using your money to find gold or a company that is using your money to fund a court action? Regardless of  who is right or who is wrong the chances in a court room are always 50/50 no matter what a anybody says.

It should have never got this far.
