If you have a good case you have much better odds than 50/50. -Oscar

Think OJ.

There isn't a good lawyer in the world that would encourage someone to go to court. Good lawyers always try to protect their clients wealth by keeping them out of court. All lawyers know that there is no such thing as a sure thing once you go to court.

Yes GBB only owes Genivar $800,000 but now if they don't settle out of court start thinking counter suite for damages done to Genivar's name. If there isn't an out of court settlement one of these two companies could be gone.

Grizz, how many times have I been wrong in the last two years? I don't agree with the position that GBB has put its self in. I don't see how this lawsuit does anything but hurt the company. They should settle out of court or this could go on for years. What new investor would want to put their money here when there are other companies without all the drama?
