Still, to meet their loan conditions, they must achieve that target of 90% of design averaging over 6 months.  Without, in theory anyways I suppose the bank could demand that the loan be repaid in full which would not be a good thing.  Perhaps the market is considering that and that's why we're getting such a poop kicking.
