Finally a JV

I disagree. Management would be crazy to do a reverse split at this time. A JV with a seasoned mining team in Val d'Or like somthing nearby would be the best for us. There are two or three good juniors in the area. A major would most likely pay nothing for us. Going out at say 6 cents USD would be fine.
