I think its interesting.

Why would Pancontinental come up with that if it wasnt true.

Im cautious though,since we have no official confirmation.A lot can go wrong during negotiations.

From various sources we have heard that Repsol will take over operatorship from Arcadia south of 1711.

It hasnt been confirmed yet but its considered only matter of time.

Where there is smoke there is fire.
