i do know exactly how long a process takes. I know that most people don't announce they are running a process. They usually run one and announce a transaction without ever hinting at something. 99% of deals are done this way champ. I do know that the 1% who've announced a process and didn't materialize one shortly thereafter have significantly underperformed their peers. In this case, LCC has already underperformed.
