DOn't misunderstand Peru law.  Its not the same.  Most cases there would be thrown out here.  There is corruption.  Lawyers manipulate judges.  All kinds of paper chases can go on to stall projects.  Its an issue.

GVG fought with High Ridge over who owned the Bella Rubia claims which are over the Pacococha MInes, Silveria, Pacocohca, Germania and others.  GVG has pretty much won.

High Ridge the public company was dismantled and now is called Newton and wants nothing to do with this stuff.

JNY optioned 75% of the property for $ 18 million and could not raise money and the option was terminated..

High Ridge was suspended and Gary Anderson sold himself the Peru 'assets' for a pitance - check sedar for the value.  They then kept plugging away trying to spoil the property for Grenville which was moving forward with several groups trying to get a deal.  They own nothing there anymore.

HIgh Ridge Peru changed its name to CIma de Oro or something which roughly translated is called Summit of Gold. Its a great proeprty but you need to have deep pockets to get rid of the crazy people invovled to make this work.

The underlying owners that High Ridge option land from are trying to work with Grenville which has resulted in new flurry of postings by Gary and his crew - more desperation - his master at Haywood bet on the wrong horse.  Too bad, so sad. Move on.
