Its Lochinvar brand is a residential and commercial boiler brand in the United States. Its water softener branded products and problem well water solutions include the Hague, Impact Water, Water-Right, Master Water, Atlantic Filter and Water Tec brands.

Thanks for the kind words fcabrese. My wife doesn't always agree.

Pleases let me clarify "instant gratification" as both you and wdr2 picked up on it. I simply meant that in market terms not much time has passed sincethe new BOD has taken control and deals take time to negotiate and get approval etc.

I am painfully aware of how long you and wdr2, Sven and others have been invested but things will happen when they happen (usally when least expected). Hope this clarifies the comment.
