Dunno that it moves the needle one way or the other, let alone entice funds to park some money in it. After all, just recently ( jan 2012) Mart what s*it canned from the S&P Prefered share Index and the Select Index. And truth be told..it did zippo to the share price...
So frankly this S&P tap dancing on the Venture has very litle impact on the price in my opinion and at best offers some bragging rights if you are on the HEAD side of the coin when they flip it !
