Re:Re:Why sell Now?

Re:Re:Why sell Now?

The reason I sold out at the open was that it was only a couple of cents below my cost as I had been trading and accumulating my position the previous day with the idea that earnings would be good and it would be an upward catalyst. In actuality the earnings were a disaster and actually CU M recorded a loss. My opinion has changed along with the facts. What earnings multiple do you subscribe to a loss? It is surprising that people are not more concerned that with an improvement in production they actually lost money in a relatively stable and good market. Who knows where copper prices, currency rates, markets, europe etc are headed. However it is the job of management to try to manage these risks. That is why they get the big bucks. I am not saying I will never buy CU M again, just doesn't seem to be a rush right now. And the price is getting cheaper as I type. I truly feel bad for those who bought at higher prices and have not been trading this company up and down, there really was no way that one could have seen this coming. Next quarter may be great who knows, but it seems a long way off, and after this report, confidence may be hard to find.  Just my opinion, good luck to all.
