How do shareholders allow this stuff to happen  ? Over and over again !!! No suprise another private placement  and another expert hired . They can't even figure out a title for him so he is a director.

9 and a half percent intest PLUS a finders fee cute eh ? No need to make any profit just loan money to your company at 9 to 12 % . Get a bunch of options to boot .

Who cares about the shareholders ? Who is looking out for the intrest of the shareholders ?
