On Monday, August 20 executives and guests from Vancouver-based Sandstorm Gold Ltd. will visit the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) to celebrate the company’s listing. Sandstorm Gold Ltd. will begin trading on NYSE MKT that same day, under the ticker symbol “SAND”.

To mark the occasion, President and Chief Executive Officer Nolan Watson will ring the NYSE Opening Bell. Prior to Sandstorm, Mr. Watson was the CFO of Silver Wheaton, where he helped raise over $1 billion in debt and equity to fund Silver Wheaton’s growth to a $5 billion market capitalization in less than 5 years.
