You got that right!  I've been hearing that for a few years now.  Until their employee bonus plan connects to the bottom line the share holder will be sucking canal water.

They could get some stock/company promotion going.  I have friends in Calgary and they not heard of them.

A little promotion might have given them more than 6K shares traded on another record breaking release day.
