Zedi Sold for $1.05/share...Going private for now

but who knows, you may be able to invest again in Zedi when they go public at $5/share in a few years...

No, the acquirer cannot vote their own shares.  Deal needs "unaffiliated shareholder approval", meaning non-management votes. Conversely, management teams sometimes take their co's ...more
