how can these guys get away with this ? so they hired a firm to go out and get a buyer for the company ? yes ? No ? Clearly they didn't hire the right company or did they not want a buyer ? if they really wanted an offer they would have hired another company to go and find them one ? Yes ? no ? at any rate they clearly have always had this planned ?  noticed how they have always been so  very quiet  ?  using the public markets clearly for their own gain with little respect for the small shareholders. if they were a usa based company there would be several class action suits filed by now. hope they find themselves behind bars !! this sucks if you ask me :(
