Hello skidaddy As part of the company's reason for going private they state that the stock price had languished in recent years even though revenues and ebitda were increasing substantially. It seems that they were frustrated with the poor stock performance. I ask , If so , why did they keep paying themselves with large amounts of stock. Many times investors were disappointed by the earnings per share in quarterly reports while the stock based compensation continued. It could be argued that had they showed at least some increase in EPS the stock price may have done better. ironically, some of them will now use those very shares to vote in favour of the "arrangement". P.S. I have always wondered why Peter B. bailed so quickly on this one. Regards howkie
